IPTV questions, answered properly

Sixteen straight answers about how KiloTV works — activation, speed, devices, connections, payments and refunds. If yours is not here, message us and we will add it.

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streams live TV channels and on-demand content over your internet connection instead of a satellite dish or cable box. After you order a KiloTV subscription we email you a username, password and M3U/Xtream portal link. You enter those details once in any IPTV player app and the full lineup of 40,000+ channels loads instantly.

Activation is automatic and normally takes 5 to 15 minutes. During busy hours it can take up to one hour. Your login details arrive by email, and our team can also send them on WhatsApp if you prefer.

We recommend at least 15 Mbps for stable HD, 25 Mbps for FHD and 35 Mbps or more for 4K streams. A wired ethernet connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi will always give you a smoother picture than 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

Every mainstream device: Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV boxes, Nvidia Shield, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, Windows PCs and Macs. If your device runs an IPTV player, it runs KiloTV.

The 1 Month and 3 Month plans include one simultaneous connection. The 6 Month and 12 Month plans include two. Extra connections can be added to any plan at any time — just message support.

Yes. We offer a free trial so you can test the channel quality, the EPG and your own connection before you commit to a paid plan. Request it from the free trial page and we will send credentials by email.

Credit and debit cards, PayPal, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and USDT. Every payment page is encrypted and we never store your card details on our servers.

If the service does not work on your side and our support team cannot fix it, you are covered by our money-back guarantee within the first 7 days of a new subscription.

Our anti-freeze architecture spreads traffic across multiple load-balanced servers with automatic failover, so a single overloaded node never takes your stream down. Most reported buffering comes from local Wi-Fi or ISP throttling, and our support team will walk you through fixing it.

Yes. KiloTV works anywhere with a stable internet connection — North America, Europe, MENA, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Oceania. Customers in more than 60 countries stream with us every day.

IPTV as a technology is completely legal — it is simply television delivered over the internet, the same way Netflix or YouTube TV work. Rules about which content may be distributed differ from country to country, so subscribers are responsible for making sure their use complies with local law. KiloTV provides server and software access only.

Your line stops working on the expiry date and nothing is charged automatically. Renew from the pricing page or message support and we reactivate the same credentials, so you keep your favourites, settings and player configuration.

Yes. Message support on WhatsApp with your order details and we issue new credentials for your line immediately. We recommend doing this if you ever shared your login with someone else.

Nine times out of ten it is local: 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, an overloaded router, or an ISP throttling video traffic in the evening. Try a wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi first. If the problem persists, our team can move your line to a different server node in minutes.

We store only what is needed to run and bill the service — your line status, connection count and support history. We do not sell data and we do not share viewing history with third parties.
